• Account data: name, email, password hash, language preference.
• Content: proposals, templates, client records and signatures you create.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser info.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we never see full card numbers.

• Contract: to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests: to secure, improve and support the product.
• Consent: for optional marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation: for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention records.

When you use AI features, your input is sent to our AI providers to generate a response. We do not use your content to train foundation models. Prompts and outputs are retained only as long as needed to deliver the feature and to prevent abuse.

We rely on a small number of vetted subprocessors for hosting, databases, AI, email and payments. A current list is available on request.

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, backups are purged within 30 days. Invoices are kept for the period required by tax law (typically 7 years).

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorised staff under least-privilege controls.
