Last updated: 1 July 2026
DealForge AI ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws.
1. Data controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data is DealForge AI. Contact: sales@supportdealforgeaicom.com or via our contact page.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, language preference.
- Content: proposals, templates, client records and signatures you create.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser info.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we never see full card numbers.
3. Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Contract: to provide the service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests: to secure, improve and support the product.
- Consent: for optional marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation: for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention records.
4. AI processing
When you use AI features, your input is sent to our AI providers to generate a response. We do not use your content to train foundation models. Prompts and outputs are retained only as long as needed to deliver the feature and to prevent abuse.
5. Subprocessors
We rely on a small number of vetted subprocessors for hosting, databases, AI, email and payments. A current list is available on request.
6. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.
7. Retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, backups are purged within 30 days. Invoices are kept for the period required by tax law (typically 7 years).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at sales@supportdealforgeaicom.com to exercise these rights.
9. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure. Optional analytics cookies are set only after your consent.
10. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorised staff under least-privilege controls.
11. Changes
We'll notify you by email or in-app if we make material changes to this policy.
