Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of DealForge AI. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them. If you're using DealForge AI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and must provide accurate registration information.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use DealForge AI to send spam, infringe intellectual-property rights, upload malware, generate illegal content, or attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the service without written permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of proposals, templates and other content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
5. AI outputs
AI-generated text is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them commercially. We make no warranty that AI outputs are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Intellectual property
DealForge AI, our logos and all underlying software are owned by us and protected by IP laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are engaged in fraud, or pose a security risk. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
8. Warranties & disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to the service
We iterate on features. We may add, change or remove functionality; material changes will be communicated in advance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which DealForge AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
